Job Overview: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce furniture startup. This includes managing inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn about startups, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are in stock and available for sale
  • Coordinate with logistics and carriers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize shipping and receiving operations
  • Manage logistics and transportation to ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage logistics and transportation to ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that business objectives are being met
  • Backup support for customer service operations, including managing customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
