• Patrol service areas, inspect and identify scooters that are in need of repair and maintenance
• Re-position scooters as needed for customer use
• Interact positively with the public as an ambassador for the scooters
• Use technology and software to log fleet activity and data to optimize fleet performance
• Collect and re-balance vehicles gathered at popular destination points
• Move improperly parked vehicles back to appropriate parking areas
• Collaborate with teammates, as well as work independently

• Physical capable of repetitive standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Able to lift up to 25 - 28kg on a regular basis
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and self-directed with the ability to work within a team environment
• Flexibility to work on the weekends and at busy usage times
• Able to work in an outdoor environment
