Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is looking to hire a back office service officer to help support their corporate office located in the downtown Toronto area.

Please note, this is an in office position that MIGHT eventually transition into a Hybrid model. This is not a work from home role.

The duties are included to but not limited to the following:

• Reviewing and Approving Adjustments and other financial transactions
• Uploading and processing documents from banks customers
• Assisting branch partners with releasing specific transactions
• Several other back office duties

Must-Have Requirements/Skills:

• Previous Customer Service Experience (Schooling, Retail, Fast Food, Call Center, Etc.) OR Any sort of office based experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Knowledge and Experience
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Typing/Data Entry experience - 1+ years
