The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for a fulltime ERP Project Manager located within the GTA, that would be interested in a hybrid remote opportunity and who possess the following experience:

• Bachelors or equivalent professional experience
• PMP or related certification
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience leading projects in the related to ERP implementation
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Team building and coaching experience
• Ability to foster an environment of shared accountability
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, and all levels of management
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Project Management and ERP software.
