Job Description
The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for a fulltime ERP Project Manager located within the GTA, that would be interested in a hybrid remote opportunity and who possess the following experience:
- Bachelors or equivalent professional experience
- PMP or related certification
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience leading projects in the related to ERP implementation
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Team building and coaching experience
- Ability to foster an environment of shared accountability
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, and all levels of management
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Project Management and ERP software.
