Job Description

  • Understands the responsibilities and priorities of the Principal and the business of the Company, and proactively coordinating activities in a manner that maximizes the Principals effectiveness as a business leader.
  • Manages the calendar of the Principal to promote productivity including scheduling of all meetings, coordinating visits with internal/external contacts, booking appointments, while ensuring the Principal has appropriate time to prep for meetings and complete deliverables.
  • Follow up and act as a liaison for the Principal with various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization
  • Track and manage the receipt of responses to requests for information made by the Principal.
  • Draft and prepare various correspondence on behalf of the Principal (letters, memos, expense reports, internal and external communications, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.) as required.
  • Making all business and personal travel arrangements for the Principal.
  • Take requests or recognize a need and independently manage it through to successful a successful outcome even if it means ensuring and coordinating the contribution of others
  • Coordinate and complete various special projects/assignments as required.
  • Training, coaching or guiding other administrative staff when required
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the organization’s reputation and safeguarding the Company, its clients and assets, by applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

  • Typically between 5+ years of relevant experience with a minimum 2 years of experience managing other administration staff; post-secondary degree in related field of study.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
