Job Description

We are searching for the best Executive Assistant to support a CEO within a local Toronto office.

Daily responsibilities include maximizing the leader’s schedule, total inbox management, and a variety of administrative tasks designed to create efficiency. The secret code is marketing. As a client-facing position and a creative partner a keen eye for detail, superb written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-forward mindset are essential.

The ideal candidate will be ready to take on the challenges of protecting the CEO’s time with an iron fist, ensuring the CEO is focused during peak hours, mitigating distractions, and creating a positive space for ideation.

This role will require assisting in brand management, by helping to define the brand's identity and implementing strategies to ensure that the brand consistently meets goals. This will include completing market research, engaging with a variety of podcast hosts, and preparing the CEO for interviews.

Additionally, this Executive Assistant will come prepared to take on project management, task delegation, and inter-department collaboration. You must have experience with social media management to succeed in this role. Finally, experience with domestic and international travel planning is critical as this role supports a global CEO with extensive engagement.

This role has the potential to be hybrid, offering 1-2 days a week working remotely as determined by the CEO’s office plan.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Final candidates will be asked to complete a paid detailed work project that includes reading Dan Martell’s book “Buy Back Your Time”, and explaining how you’d implement the tactics shared in the book. Candidates will be compensated for their time.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience working directly as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Suite Leader.
