Job Description

Our company is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist our President in all aspects of his daily operations. This position will require the successful candidate to maintain a busy calendar and work closely with the executive team. The right candidate will promote effective decision making by assisting in planning and organizing meetings, conducting research and maintaining a detailed calendar. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our top executive and responding to any and all requests in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Start each day by greeting the President and discussing action plans for projects and other priorities
  • Become familiar with the President's schedule and lunch preferences.
  • Be willing to remind the president of projects that need attention
  • Get the President's signature on important documents.
  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Prepare and deliver documents to the President and Vice President.
  • Give administrative support to staff members.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems on and off-site.
  • Schedule appointments, reservations, or other services;.
  • Administer company benefits programs;.
  • Manage a team of assistants.
  • Be able to communicate with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,218.73-$79,239.47 per year
