Position Summary
This position provides assistance with the maintenance of the building exterior and interior, physical plant and all building systems, and the surrounding grounds. He/she will perform a wide range of skilled mechanical preventative maintenance tasks and building repair work; perform general upkeep of the external property; and provide required sanitation and cleaning. He/she is part of a team responsible for the provision of a safe and comfortable building environment for all clients and CS(C) staff.
Hours/Schedule
Full Time – 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
This position will work 5 shifts per week (including evening and weekends) on a rotating basis.
