Job Description

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Support users in the use of IT solutions in finance.

Write and maintain user guides and train users.

Coordinate various requests for security access and data creation.

Manage and prioritize problem resolution and support requests.

Analyze and write functional requirements for information systems.

Work with the IT&S team and external partners on problem resolution and system improvements.

Write test plans.

Participate in functional and integrated testing.

Collaborate with other project team members to facilitate issue resolution, activity completion and priority management.

Test and implement new releases and upgrades.

Respond to various requests or projects to meet business needs.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A technical college diploma in IT.

3 or more years of experience in a finance application support position.

Analytical and conceptual expertise in accounting/finance would be an asset.

Basic expertise in business analysis would be an asset.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written; French would be an asset.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel).

Knowledge of SAP, Blackline and/or Salesforce would be an asset.

A strong interest in learning and maintaining effective business processes.

Ability to manage (internal) customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be based in Montreal, Brossard, Sherbrooke or Valcourt.
