Working in a small but competent team, you will report to an experienced FP&A Manager and work closely with the Finance Director. Aside from the typical FP&A duties like annual budget, quarterly forecast and variance analysis, you will also be tasked with assisting the FP&A Manager with special projects and financial modelling. This role is dynamic and the duties will shift as the company grows. They are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst who can think outside the box and bring new ideas and perspectives to the organization.

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
  • A professional accounting qualification – CPA or currently enrolled in the program
  • At least 5+ years of FP&A experience in industry (this is not an entry-level role)
  • Strong financial modelling experience is a must
  • Proficient with MS Office and advanced Excel skills (Macros)
  • Possess a strong business acumen and a strong business partner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively across levels and departments
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Able to think outside the box
  • Wiling to take initiatives and take on improvement projects
