WMS Systems Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Process paperwork, and monitor and control workflow by releasing orders
  • Update and modify information within the Warehouse Management System
  • Provide assistance to Supervisors and Inventory as required
  • Communicate product status and any issues affecting operations to warehouse team
  • Administration, data entry, adjustments and report queries
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage the checkout process and working condition of RF equipment
  • Commitment to timelines, accuracy and quality at all times
  • Any other duties as required

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize workload
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
  • Computer system experience (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a team oriented environment
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Working knowledge of Allocation Merchandize Planning (AMP)
  • Previous distribution clerking experience would be an asset
