EVENING DISHWASHER + Kitchen Prep REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY!
About Us
Centini Restaurant, a chef-run restaurant in downtown Calgary is looking for a positive, team-oriented, well organized and detailed oriented dishwasher for the evening shift, Monday through Friday + every other Saturday night.
Plan on the shift starting between 4-5 p.m. until close. Our kitchen closes at 10 p.m. during the week and 11:00 on Saturday nights. You might finish work at 11 p.m. or midnight, and occasionally later during the holiday season.
Salary: $15 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Hours: Shift is M-F 4:30 or 5:0 PM to close (roughly 10-11:30 most evening) + Sat 4 pm to close or approximately 1 a.m.
Anticipated Start: Immediate
Location: Centini Restaurant Downown, 160-8th Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta T2K 0K6.
Restaurant is located steps from on LRT line at TELUS Convention Centre.Candidate must have own transportation.
Skill Requirements: Must have a pleasant, motivated, service-oriented, initiative based, multi-tasking personality. Ability to anticipate and manage work flow is essential.
Experience: Dishwashing experience preferred but not required. We hire on attitude and energy level. We are a small team who get along well and everyone is treated with respect.
Kitchen Helping Skills: Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Handle and store cleaning products.
Dishwashing Skills: Operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Scour pots and pans, Operate pot-washing machines, Clean and polish silverware, Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units. Clean kitchen area.
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) Must be able to stand.
