What You’ll Be Doing

At Enterprise Digital, we’re building the bank of the future. As Consultant, Enterprise Digital, you will be part of a fast paced team solving our most compelling opportunities.

This role supports the Strategy pillar within Enterprise Digital, and will be responsible for enabling our businesses by supporting cross-functional deep dives on complex enterprise problems. This highly collaborative role offers lots of exposure across the bank and requires strategic thinking, problem solving, and influencing to support development of strategic solutions that support removal of foundation impediments. This is an excellent opportunity to directly influence our clients’ digital experiences and help shape CIBC’s digital future.

The focus of this role will be flexible to meet the needs of our evolving digital strategy as the industry changes and our needs evolve.


How You’ll Succeed

  • Solve complex problems: Understand and synthesize complex digital enterprise-wide problems into meaningful strategic solutions that deliver best in class client experiences
  • Ownership to meet objectives: Build stories, presentations, and support the team by leading strategic work packages. Solicit feedback formally and informally from stakeholders and all lines of business to ensure ongoing leadership alignment and support.
  • Collaboration & communication: Effectively consult and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across CIBC to develop strategies that deliver unified digital banking platforms and capabilities.
  • Influence our future: Build deep expertise in foundational digital capabilities, factor these into developing enterprise solutions that remove enterprise impediments, and support alignment across the enterprise to advance digital experiences for our clients and employees.
  • Enable new opportunities and our future: Assess market and emerging digital opportunities for increased revenue growth and enhanced client experiences, and stay relevant in advances within digital banking.
