The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Fleet and Commercial Sales Consultantfor our Kamloops Ford Lincoln dealership.

In the position ofFleet and Commercial Sales Consultantreporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and be able to communicate this information effectively to customers and potential customers.

You will be accountable for:

  • Support growth of existing customer base and develop opportunities for new customers and business avenues.
  • Primary contact for consumer consignment, including, but not limited to supporting the end-to-end sales transaction and customer experience.
  • Ensure optimal customer value and experience.
  • Initiate and develop lead generation opportunities to meet or exceed target expectations.
  • Perform reporting activities including organizing, analyzing, compiling, and verifying data.
  • Assess and triage immediate customer issues enabling on-the-spot resolutions to ensure optimal customer experience and maximize sales.
  • Understand internal and customer-facing systems (ADESA.ca, Traderev, E-block, etc.),
  • Effectively educate and resolve issues for internal and external customers as well as support any new initiatives or implementations.
  • Liaise with team members, customers, and partners to ensure fulfillment of service level agreements.
  • Contribute to sales and conversion growth by facilitating and developing new ideas and opportunities.
  • Act as a guide and mentor for junior team members. Provide feedback and coaching as required.
  • Support or participate in special events or meetings as required.
  • Additional duties as required to support business evolution and development.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Your High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in fleet sales.
  • A Valid Driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
  • A valid VSA license or are able to obtain your VSA license.
  • The ability to work both in a team environment and on your own.
