Reporting to the Sr. Director, Aviation, the Executive Cabin Attendant is responsible to ensure the safety of all employees on board any of the corporate aircraft by upholding the highest level of safety training and critical awareness, while maintaining an elite inflight standard.


What you will do:

  • Complete flight safety training or equivalent, first aid/MedAire training, training port
  • Participate in bi-annual SMS meetings, pre-flight briefings and safety briefings regarding international destinations
  • Follow the guidelines as per the operations manual
  • Complete pre-flight safety equipment checks
  • Actively seek to secure the comfort and safety of passengers
  • Planning, preparation and execution of healthy sustainable meals
  • Research markets, restaurants, cuisines abroad, as required
  • Wine knowledge: selection and pairing
  • Stocking of the hanger and the aircraft
  • Report any cosmetic or safety related issues regarding the airplace to the pilot in command and engineer
  • Maintain passenger preference and dietary documents; ensure preferences are present on board
  • Coordinate with the other flight attendant(s) to ensure a consistent standard is present and up-to-date
  • Schedule contractors in your absence; ensure contractors are well versed and signed off on the aircraft as per the contract FA requirements
  • Create training documents, if required, for contractors
  • Liaison with employees, and assist, as required
  • Comprehensive knowledge on all aircraft equipment including safety equipment, entertainment systems, water systems, doors and aircraft features, and galley equipment
  • Reconcile expense account in a timely manner
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Professional in all dealings with employees, clients and/or while representing the company


What you will bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary degree considered an asset
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Training in the following areas an asset: safety and emergency including CPR, AED and first aid, inflight cabin service, foot catering and FACTS Training
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Food safety knowledge
  • Proficient in the appropriate portions of abnormal and emergency procedures
  • High degree of safety and service, flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, personal accountability, integrity, interpersonal skills, taking direction, resolution skills
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft scheduling parameters, including but not limited to aircraft limitations, time zone changes, crew duty and rest limitation, overflight and landing permit requirements, airport curfews, overflight exceptions, and custom requirements such as general declarations
  • Strong communication skills accompanied by the highest level of customer service to professionally interact with the organization's most senior leaders and their admins
  • Team player mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize the needs of the business, often with short notice and arrange, rearrange, or coordinate flight schedules accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and bring recommendations forward to the Sr. Director, Aviation
