The Reporting & Automation team within IT Service Desk focuses process automation and solution design. We are looking for someone passionate about programming and solving problems through automation.

Detailed responsibilities include:

Using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build, design and automate management tools and web applications, including Virtual Assistant and ANITA.
Building reusable and scalable components using the corporate branding guide
Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot, debug, and test the tools you or a team member built
Ensure solutions and processes are auditable and compliant with organization security policy
Create/publish at a high quality a variety of technical and business documents

Experience/Qualification:

A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, PHP, Laravel, and SQL
Good working knowledge of RESTful APIs
Bilingual French and English a definite asset
Strong analytical skills to translate data to business insights
Knowledge of multiple technologies and frameworks: Laravel, VueJS, RASA, MySQL/MariaDB
