- Role Description -

Experienced handymen required for the Canadian Tire Campbell River, BC new store build project. Handymen will be required for light cloud, specialty fixture installations, display assembly and minor construction tasks. The handymen must be capable of using power tools, some carpentry work, and minor electrical.Sample duties include:

• Cut all shelves and baskets around posts
• Hang backdrop
• Install extinguishers
• Cut and install plywood on light duty retail racking
• Assemble and install Speciality Fixturing
• Build displays & run power to displays
• Install signs
• Various minor construction jobs
• This will be a contract position for the duration of the project (August 20th thru October 24th), and requires full availability during the scheduled hours (8am-4:30pm). There will be an opportunity to become a permanent member of our team after the project, considering performance and fit.
