TST-CF Express IT Help Desk Technician
TFI International Inc. is a North American leader in the transportation and logistics industry, operating across Canada and the United States through its subsidiaries. The TST-CF Express LTL I.T. department supports multiple TFI International operating divisions out of its Mississauga and Calgary locations and has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician in the Mississauga office.
This position will be part of our team of I.T. professionals, reporting to the Supervisor, Technical Services, providing support to our end user community at locations across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients via phone, email, and remote desktop software. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.

This position comprises primarily of day and early afternoon shifts with some flexibility on hours. Periodic Saturday night shifts, along with rotational after hours on-call is also required. Due to the nature of this role, an on-site presence is required on a rotational basis among other help desk staff.
