Job Description

At Marble Slab Creamery, we make the world’s freshest ice cream in house. We are hiring for part-time, full-time and seasonal positions. Our store is located in the Pendale Plaza in St. Catherines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Making and serving ice cream, cones, cakes, shakes (it's all made fresh in house!)
• Handling cash transactions
• Opening and closing the store and following procedures
• Cleaning and following store policies
• Engaging with the customer and developing customer relations

Requirements And Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or with significant business experience
• Work experience, preferably with a restaurant or other retail store
• Responsible and trustworthy with high ethical standards
• Interested in learning how to run a restaurant
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Strong desire to positively interact with customers, employees and business partners
• Food Handlers Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
