Job description

We strive to be the world's top foreign study service team, especially for high-achieving applicants (masters, doctors). Together with a team of licensed immigration consultants and licensed real estate agents, we provide a one-stop service for people who want to study, immigrate, and live in Canada.

We are currently hiring immigration and education case processing staff 移民留学文案

Work type: remote

Job duties:

• Responsible for clients’ applications for temporary resident and permanent resident; follow up case processing until it is approved by IRCC
• Prepare, organize and file written materials into proper folders
• Able to independently manage case submissions and applications.
• Provide high level of client service by various means via phone, email, or instant messaging.
• Check materials to ensure their accuracy and compliance to the requirements set by IRCC or provincial nominee programs
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and revise information if necessary
• Conduct research on immigration programs and policies so as to draft application documents or explanation letters for applicants
• Perform other related duties, as assigned

Job Requirement:

· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

· Language requirement: English and Mandarin

· Proficiency in using social media, such as WeChat, What’s App, and Telegram etc.

· Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint)

· Confident, outgoing, team player with a proactive attitude

· Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and prioritize workload

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy of data

· Have strong work ethic

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
