We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to focus on our Fieldpoint brand. Fieldpoint is a developer of field service software. Our specialized integration with CRM, ERP and accounting systems provide our customers with enterprise visibility while streamlining sales and service operations. With over 25 years of experience, hundreds of valued customers in several verticals, and a solid network of reselling partners, Fieldpoint enables service organizations to run leaner, smarter and more profitably.

We are excited to add a new Software Implementation Consultant to be a member of our Professional Services Team!

As a Software Consultant, you will analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions and assist customers in the installation, training, customization and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution both remotely via web conferences and on-site as required.

You will be exposed to several facets of professional services and will be required to wear several hats. From a project manager to a technical advisor, you will have face time with your customers as well as be able to work on the back end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions.
• Assist customers in the installation, training, customization and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution both remotely via web conferences and on-site as required.
• Write SQL and .NET code and custom SSRS reports.
• Provide high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts.
• Communicate statuses, issues, and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• University degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science
• 3 years of relevant experience as Software Consultant/Developer
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS
• Proficiency in .NET and/or web programming languages, HTML5, and Visual Studio
• Experience in business process re-engineering, preferably in CRM/ERP related projects
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft CRM, Financial Applications (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Control), Case Management, Help Desk, Field Service Systems or Job Costing Software.
• Solid experience in Business Process Analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communicator, and strong teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Willing and able to travel within North America to carry out projects (up to 25%)

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role is a hybrid role based in the Toronto Metro area – Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Our office is located in Oakville, Ontario – near the QEW and 403. Fieldpoint’s in-office activities are currently limited. Our staff is working from home, so our initial interviews will be conducted online via phone or ZOOM. Plans for returning to the office will proceed in accordance with physical distancing and other health recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
