The Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, your day will include coordinating the efforts of the sales team by booking orders, planning with operations and communicating with customers. In addition, you will manage the flow of inbound leads by quoting, following up and coordinating orders as a specialist in our temporary fence sales and event rental divisions.

The Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate orders between the sales team, operations team and customers.
  • Receive customer service handoffs from the sales team, and following through to resolution.
  • Provide and follow up on customer quotes, negotiate pricing and terms of service.
  • Close inbound leads and follow outbound sales processes to bring in new customers.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales forecast.
  • Support the FenceLine team as needed with various items including phone and email overflow, customer outreach, and data control within the CRM (SalesForce).

  • Passion for sales, operations and customer service. Loves what you do and is happy to come to work every day.
  • Empathetic, able to see situations through the eyes of all parties and come up with a solution that works for everyone.
  • Energetic, thrives in a fast-paced, high demand sales and operational environment. There are a lot of moving pieces in this role, and versatility is key.
  • Great communicator, in writing, in person and on the phone. Clear, consistent communication is key.
  • Driven, able to keep yourself organized and on track without excessive oversight.
  • Able to multitask with excellent time-management skills.

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid driver's license (mandatory)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Efficient on Mac computers, with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
