Overview:
Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of data architects, developers and vendor resources to design, and deliver state of the art commerce platforms for PepsiCo’s s PFNA business.
  • Enforce governance of approved integration pattern and data sources.
  • Deliver integration between source and target are consistent and streamlined for the PFNA Commercial IT systems.
  • Design data integration among applications and support build and testing teams through the development life cycle from requirements to sustain.
  • Act as subject matter expert on business data usage, data flow, transformation, volume estimates, integration frequency, and timing.
  • Maintain artifacts of end to end data flow for Commercial IT space.
Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years total IT experience
  • 5 years of SQL programming
  • 5 years data modeling experience
  • 5 years production support experience
  • 5 years of system integration experience
  • 3 years of team lead experience
  • 3 years of practicing agile methodology

Main Key skills:


  • Relational database modeling
  • No-SQL database (Couchbase preferred)
  • Proficient in SQL programming
  • ETL development experience (Informatica Power Center and IICS development preferred)
  • Experience with Azure Cloud data services (ADF, ADLS, AKS, Logic Apps, DevOps, SQL, Blob, Functions)
  • Experience with Messaging brokers such as Kafka, EMS.
- System and data integration experience using cloud and on- prem applications
  • Have information security mindset in designing integrations

Qualifications:
Main Non Tech Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Communication, Business, or similar field.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Able to work in large scale programs and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Lead system/data integration design team
  • Mentor team members with technical skills and provide technical solutions on development and testing issues
  • Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with ambiguities
  • Proficient in working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) team
