What you’ll do
The Enterprise Investment & Governance Analyst Student will have visibility to the processes and systems used to plan, govern and track Enterprise Investments over the 5 Year Outlook Planning horizon at CTC. Your role will support our highly dedicated team of Finance professionals in the continued evolution and expansion of the Enterprise Investment Planning (EIP) Process at CTC.
Collaborate with PMO and Governance professionals, and client groups within the org to identify opportunities for enhanced, standardized and automated Enterprise-level reports for use across the organization
Develop & Deliver Training materials required to support roll-out and adoption of EIP capabilities
Analyze Enterprise Investment project compliance (in collaboration with governance specialists) and provide guidance/support to project management teams as required to mitigate non-compliance positions
Review existing processes and practices to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, streamlining, automation or other efficient practices
Performs periodic analysis on the investment portfolio to ensure data quality relating to investment attributes, status, and lifecycle management. Updates made either manually or through use of automation
