Myticas Consulting is looking to biring aboard multiple Technical Recruiters to support IT talent acquisition efforts for our large client pool throughout North America.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting IT personnel (or some form recruitment experience in general) for private and public sectors, and who is currently base (or plans to be situated) within the Ottawa and/or greater regions.

The Technical Recruiter will report to the account executive and conduct recruiting as assigned to identify and evaluate potential candidates for net new and ongoing requirements.

Work location: Ottawa/hybrid remote.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, pervious IT recruitment experience primarily for positions such as, but not limited to, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Developers/Architects, Network Engineer, DevOps Engineerw, Software Architects, Project Managers, BSA's, etc... - both contract and full-time positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of utiliting sourcing technologies to help fill candidate pipelines (social media networks, job boards, career fairs, internal database, etc...).
• Prior Network Engineering and Data Engineering recruiting experience desired.
