DESCRIPTION:
Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced IT Support Analyst to fulfill an exciting contract/temporary role with our Client. As the successful Candidate, you will be troubleshooting and resolving technical difficulties with hardware, software, network connectivity, and other technology-related issues, as well as offering technical help to end users. The IT Support Analyst will also participate in IT initiatives, keep an internal inventory of IT assets, update the knowledge base, and train end users. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge to give end users technical support and troubleshoot computer problems both locally and remotely, and on operational CED technology including audiovisual, printing, workstations, and business software. You will support IT operations by producing and updating documentation, managing user accounts and access, maintaining asset inventory databases, teaching end users in cyber security awareness, and support ongoing and new initiatives throughout their project lifecycles to participate in IT projects. This role is based in Calgary, AB.

MUST HAVES:
Post-secondary education in technology (degree, diploma or certificate) or a relevant field.
1+ years of experience with small to medium organization.
Certifications/Professional Designations: CompTIA A+ (preferred)
Experience working within a professional organization and establishing key relationships with internal team members and external clients and vendors.
