Our client is a leader in the industrial heating systems industry and they’re looking for an experienced JM Electrician to join their growing team in Calgary, AB. Responsibilities Include:
- Testing electrical and mechanical circuits for efficiency
- Testing, reading, operating, maintaining, repairing electrical and heat trace systems
- Reading and comprehending electrical blueprints and schematics
- Install, test, and commission electric heat trace systems
- Following electrical codes and regulations
- Proficient in reading and following directions, writing reports
- Assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
- Performing maintenance and repair of electrical, interior, and exterior electrical components
- Have your own hand tools
Requirements:
- Journeyman Red Seal Electrical Certificate
- Proven analytical skills will ensure you anticipate both planned and unplanned operations and maintenance work
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong team player who can work independently
- Holding a valid Class 5 drivers license and maintaining a clean driving record is necessary
- Must be safety conscious
