Truck Team Members – Customer Service & Labour
Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Various shifts are available. We operate Mon-Sun from 8 am-8 pm
Pay: $16/hour + tips & bonuses/incentives. Our top truck teams make between $20-24/hour.

As junk removal is covered as an essential service, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has adjusted its service model to a “No Contact Junk Removal Service”. We take measures to ensure our team members have access to the recommended precautions and enforce our safety focus areas of healthy teams, physical distance, safety equipment, and training.

We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are looking for an entirely new employment experience. We provide complete training and coaching so you’ll gain new skills in customer service, sales, marketing, business operations, leadership and more!

What you'll be doing:

• Providing great customer service by building rapport with customers on the job
• Driving to local residences and businesses to take away their unwanted items
• Lifting and removing items (ability to lift more than 50lbs repeatedly)
• Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic to the role and team
• Establishing value of using our service and completing jobs onsite

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• Must have a valid standard full driver's license
• A team player who likes meeting and helping people each day
• Goal-oriented and driven
• Not afraid of hard physical work and a challenge. Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
• An effective communicator
• In good shape and energetic
• Previous sales, customer service, driving or general labour experience an asset (but not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $15/hour + tips & bonuses/incentives. Our top truck teams make between $20-24/hour
