We are hiring a Lead Engineer, Infrastructure Engineering within our AV, Collaboration & Facilities Engineering group. The role will focus primarily on Microsoft O365 collaboration technologies including SharePoint Online and Teams. The role is responsible for, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and maintain organization’s collaboration platform to meet business needs and align with industry best practices, primarily focused on SharePoint Online
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize SharePoint Online and MS Teams
• Develop and maintain platform documentation including policies, procedures, and user guides
• Ensure supported platforms meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Work with a mindset of continuous improvement of collaboration platforms, optimizing user experience, platform maturity and reduction of operational overhead
• Manage and prioritize timelines and resources
• Remain current with industry trends, best practices, and collaboration technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical users and stakeholders
• Proven technical knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, including Powershell and SharePoint Online APIs
• Power BI, ShareGate and Commvault Metallic experience preferred
• Experience working in agile development environment, Jira experience preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in SharePoint Online
• 2+ years’ experience in Teams
• 2+ years’ experience leading a team
