Are you looking for an extra way to make income? Do you have great relationships already established within the community? Do you want to help local businesses find the best employees? Look no further than working as a Lead Generation Specialist with Elderwood Staffing Inc!

Within this role, your responsibility would be to reach out to local business owners and managers to set up in-person meetings/Zoom meetings for our in-house sales representatives. Once the deal is complete and we are able to provide our candidates to the employer, you will be paid!

For each candidate that is successfully placed, the Outside Sales Representative will receive $50! This position is uncapped for its earning potential, meaning the more candidates that are placed the more income you will earn.

Recommend Hours During The Week:

• 10 am - 12 pm
• 1 pm - 3 pm

The successful candidates will have the following:

• A winning personality
• Leadership qualities to lead the client towards setting meetings
• Great sales skills
• Strong ability to communicate over phones

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a Google Sheet in order to access database
• Call clients in order to set up meetings for in-house sales representatives to meet with decision makers
• Be a great representative of the brand

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: $100.00-$200.00 per day

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• sales: 2 years (required)
