A well reputable luxury fashion company in Vancouver is seeking a Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will work with customers and internal staff to ensure that all manufactured products arrive on-site, complete, and on time, while meeting the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way possible. The successful candidate will also manage a small team and lead all logistics operations. This is a 100% in office role. Apply today to be considered!

Responsibilities:
Managing and optimizing product delivery to customers in accordance with shipping deadlines.
Communicating with various 3PLs to ensure that shipment, inventory, and billing are all on track.
Negotiating competitive service rates with vendors and suppliers for the Company.
Responsible for year-end inventory planning, formulation, and coordination.
Collaboration with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoicing, credit issuing, and inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
RTV inventory is being received to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assisting in the development and refinement of ERP shipping and WMS processes.
Keep metrics and analyse data to evaluate performance and make improvements.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
5+ years experience in logistics role for a Fashion/Retail company
Leadership experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory management.
Previous experience preparing customs/brokers paperwork for import/export into/from Canada, as well as US/International shipments
Inventory management experience.
Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
