The e-People Training and Change Management (TCM) team is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of our human capital management system (known internally as e-People) training material, courses (both e-Learning and Instructor-led) and communications. We provide training and documentation for all AHS timekeeping and time approval staff, manager, and employee self-service as well as our HR Shared Services Production Centre functional teams and HR Contact Centre teams. Our team is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the business process maps, and transactional dashboards, and provides support in the development of HR Forms related to e-People. The team is integral in supporting organizational change management for our process improvements and projects including system upgrades. This position functions as a TCM Advisor with a primary responsibility to support training and documentation needs for the Recruitment and e-Records functional team within our HR Shared Services (HRSS) department. The position interacts with various teams in HRSS and at times with groups across AHS such as HR Business Partnerships and HR Centres of Expertise. This TCM Advisor position supports HRSS projects and initiatives from a change management perspective and will be responsible for completing change impact and stakeholder analyses, training assessments, action plans and other project deliverables, as required. The TCM Advisor is integral in the successful change management of e-People and recruitment management system process improvements and projects. The TCM Advisor also supports TCM Training Specialists by reviewing documentation and training materials to ensure quality and adherence to team standards and may also be actively involved in creating and maintaining documentation and training materials. TCM Advisors are also responsible for maintenance of Excel dashboards, Visio process maps, and maintenance of internal SharePoint sites. Please note this position will work remotely initially but may be required to work in the office in the future.
A minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources, project/change management, training; ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. A minimum of one years’ experience with recruitment management systems and full-cycle recruitment activities. Demonstrated success in developing collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure effective communication and information sharing. Proven ability to work effectively with multiple projects in progress at once and establish or adjust priorities based on business need. Comfortable working with multiple levels of leadership, stakeholder reviews and approvals.
Strong attention to detail focused on consistency, thoroughness, and accuracy in all aspects of the job, including being able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Adobe products required (Acrobat, Captivate) and MS Visio and MS Publisher. Experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and knowledge of Collective Agreements is considered an asset.
Experience with project and/or change management, including analyzing change impacts and developing project and change action plans. Previous experience in PeopleSoft (or other human capital management systems) and/or experience with recruitment management systems (ideally Taleo). Experience working in a shared services environment. Prosci certification and/or knowledge of Lean Methodologies is preferred.
