Position Summary:
Reporting to the Events and Community Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The selected candidate will assist with marketing functions, including communications, event planning/execution and social media management. Working closely with marketing and the sales team, they will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the marketing team to develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms- content that sustains readers’ curiosity and create buzz around our products
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Assist with events including the dealer conference- help with coordinating of events as directed
  • Attend events and produce live social media content
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • 2+ years coordinating and executing events
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with teams and collaborate
  • Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns powersports/ similar products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Google+ and other Social Media best practices
