Administrator required for Chiropractic/Massage/Acupuncture clinic.
You will work with a team of 3 other administrators and 12 healthcare providers.
Availability/Schedule:
Your primary responsibilities will include answering the phone, answering emails, verifying patient information, sending claims through to insurance, processing payments, receiving and sending mail/packages and cleaning/disinfecting high touch surfaces in common areas. You will assist in the smooth operation of a busy clinic, with a focus on providing an excellent customer service experience for our patients. A strong customer service background is preferred.
Punctuality, clear and pleasant phone manner, lots of patience, and good problem solving skills are required. We use Microsoft Windows/Microsoft applications and a digital patient management software, so computer literacy is essential.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are assets, as is experience with Jane patient management software, HCAI, Telus and ProviderConnect.
