Position Summary:
The candidate will be responsible to
- Monitor the agenda of PI
- Provide support to members of the lab in completing expense claims
- Set up meetings, help with presentations, book meeting rooms and/or set up virtual meetings
- Order lab equipment and supplies
- Track & reconcile Pcard expenses
- Prepare and/or assist with development of presentations and documentation
- Gather data on topics requested by team leads
- Prepare detailed itineraries and make travel arrangements for visitors when needed
- Assist in event organization
This position is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience
(AMUSE C) $25.00
