About The Role
The Operations Finance Manager reports directly to Operations Finance Director and will be responsible for leading all aspects of accounting and financial support across a portfolio of projects for a business unit. Responsible for leading a team of accountants and clerks while implementing and maintaining project accounting processes, in accordance with company policies and procedures, to ensure clear, accurate, consistent and relevant project and business unit financial information and analysis. Acts as a business partner and key contributor with the senior leaders of the business unit and a representative of the finance function.
