Responsibilities:
- Manage data and ERP for all incoming orders
- Opening customer files
- Maintaining sales orders
- Order entry + proposal approvals
- Communicate with customers effectively through phone and email
- Help solve delivery issues in a timely and professional manner
- Actively work to meet customers’ needs and create a positive experience
- Invoice management on internal and external platforms
- Documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Industrial Customer Service is preferred
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Proven ability to perform in high-volume, fast paced environment
- Highly skilled with MS Office including Excel
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong in project management
