Job Description

Tasks include :

• Drafting and proof-reading deeds relating to real estate
• Opening and coordinating virtual and physical files;
• Scheduling of meetings;
• Carrying out researches with the Land Register, tax offices, etc.;
• Communicating with clients;
• Managing acquittances, registrations and billings;
• Requesting for statement of accounts from various creditors and other intervenants in real estate transactions.

This is a full time position however we are flexible with how you want to play out your hours (8:30 to 4:30 or 9AM to 5PM)

Les tâches inclus :

• Rédaction et révision d'acte notariaux;
• Ouverture électronique et physique de dossiers, gestion des agendas;
• Gestion des différents meetings du notaire;
• Recherche au registre foncier et obtention d'états de compte de la part de créanciers, municipalités, commissions scolaires et autres intervenants dans des transactions immobilières;
• Contact avec les clients;
• Gestion des quittances, publications et facturation.

C’est un poste à temps plein mais nous somme flexible pour les heures ( example 8:30 à 16:30 ou 9 17h, à votre convenance).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

• legal assistant: 1 year (preferred)
