We are a small firm specializing in mainly real estate but also many other areas of law. We serve clients from a wide spectrum of background. We have individual clients buying their first small home to seasoned investors buying multi-million dollar commercial properties.

We are hiring for an intermediate real estate paralegal role to work in conjunction with our senior paralegal on real estate matters. The role would be in charge of preparation of residential real estate files (from major lenders to private lenders) and guiding and directing the support staff. The below-mentioned qualifications are must haves for the ideal candidate:

• Extreme attention to details;
• Deep Knowledge of residential real estate, including preparation of documents and the process;
• Ability to multi-task and keeping track of multiple-items;
• Ability to work well within a team and also independently; and,
• Care for the clients and tasks assigned and willingness to grow and learn.

A minimum of 3-year real estate paralegal experience is a must..
