We're looking for a talented and motivated Pharmacist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in community pharmacy and be proficient with Kroll. The Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical care to patients utilizing an integrated approach. Practice to your full scope along side a multi disciplinary team of physicians, pharmacists and nurses. Injection certification required. Certified Diabetes Educator prefered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with the most up-to-date information on the prescription medication they are filling.
- Inform customers of possible side effects and drug interactions.
- Answer questions about proper nutrition and lifestyle changes that can improve overall health status.
- Inform customers of options for long term healthcare management.
- Document and update records regarding the inventory of prescription medications available in the pharmacy.
- Order prescription drugs and other supplies needed by the pharmacy.
- Assign staff to ensure that each day's tasks are completed; monitor their performance and provide feedback as necessary.
- Provide professional services such as medchecks and minor ailment prescribing.

- pharmacist: 1 year (required)
