Recruiting for a full-time Pharmacy Assistants!

MacQuarries Pharmasave Group is 16 stores strong across Mainland Nova Scotia. We are currently looking for an extraordinary pharmacy assistant to join our Hubbards Pharmasave team.

We are looking for dynamic, team minded individuals who wants to work with an amazing pharmacy team. There will be regular weekly and weekend shifts. We offer a fabulous working environment and a highly competitive salary.

Please note there will be some bending, lifting, and climbing stairs for this position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Completion of Pharmacy Assistant course is an asset or equivalent on the job training. Cash duties are included in this position. Candidate must have experience with Kroll software and be proficient with inputting data. Experience with compliance/ blister packaging would be an asset. The number one thing we look for is superior customer service. Our patients are very important to us and we want to make sure they are treated with respect. You must have a great attitude and professional behavior and want to positively contribute to our team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with some supervision. Discretion and confidentiality are requirements in this role. Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with your team and customers are also essentials for this position.
