Starting Pay is $17.50/hr.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in one or more locations throughout the venue.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Listens to, understands and anticipates customer needs. Takes proactive steps to follow up on requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Enhances the guest experience by driving and delivering excellent customer service.
· Responsible for ensuring the site is prepared and organized.
· Responsible for maintaining the dress code and appearance guidelines.
· Responsible for ensuring equipment safety and site cleanliness.
· Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization.
· Responsible for image quality. Ensure camera settings are accurate prior to shooting.
· Responsible for following and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
· May orient, train, assign and audit the work of other employees to achieve desired guest service and financial results.
· Responsible for helping to control labor costs at the site level.
· Ability to troubleshoot, communicate and fix system problems.
· Ensures adherence to all state and federal laws.

Requirements
SKILL AND/OR KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
· Ability to work prescribed hours by management, which may include weekends, holidays, and covering shifts when scheduled employees are unable to work.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and walk long distances within the site.
· Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions.
· Ability to carry up to 15 lbs. on your upper body.
· Proficient computer and math skills required.
· Flexible to work different locations within the site.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately.
· Effective decision making skills required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
· Customer sales and/or service experience in a retail or service industry is preferred.
· Prior leadership responsibility preferred.
· Must meet minimum age requirements.
