About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the entire operation of the assigned plasma site and ensuring efficient and effective execution of all processes as defined by standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for leading a team in driving performance, while ensuring a focus on operational standardization, consistency and efficiency. You will also maintain overall accountability for the performance and provide leadership and direction in the delivery of day-to-day operations.
You will identify, develop, implement and manage programs, initiatives and tools to drive donor satisfaction, increase donor retention and loyalty and deliver an exceptional plasma donation experience to every donor; manage and oversee the timely, accurate and consistent communications with donors in response to comments, complaints or questions.
