Hiive is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Product Manager to join our growing team.

Hiive is a marketplace startup, backed by seasoned professionals with decades of experience in venture capital, private equity, and capital markets. The company has built a revolutionary trading platform for buyers and sellers of shares in private late-stage venture-capital backed companies and “unicorns,” bringing a rational, beautiful and modern technological interface to a messy and opaque traditional market.

In this role, you would join our dynamic product team as the first Product Manager reporting to our Head of Product and take on the exciting responsibility of delivering an industry defining platform for the global private market.

- Understand systems and how to change them to achieve business and user goals while addressing the implications of change
- Have a deep understanding and experience in effective product development processes

Required Experience:

- 3+ years of product management experience at early-stage to growth-stage startups
- A proven track record of managing and launching multiple successful products or large features that have solved meaningful customer problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with databases and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales

Preferable Experience:

- Experience in marketplaces of any kind, delivery/logistics apps, social networks, fintech, or similar
- Defining, measuring and optimizing around product KPIs
- Software engineering background
- Knowledge of Amplitude and/or Pendo
