About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who will lead the positioning and GTM strategy for our product and features, owning and executing everything from product messaging/positioning to sales training and documentation.

What you'll do

  • Develop messaging, positioning, buyer personas, product presentations, and key content as the cornerstone of strategic campaigns
  • Be the expert for Voiceflow's products and innovation
  • Collaborate with product leadership to define our roadmap
  • Act as a strategic thought partner with sales to build the playbooks, content, and resources to help us improve sales productivity and win rates
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to product marketing and use this data to refine our marketing strategy over time
  • Work closely with the demand generation team to design compelling campaigns for prospects, customers, and partners

About You

  • Proven track record of experience in B2B software marketing, ideally experience establishing the product marketing function within a company
  • Experience owning all aspects of the go to market function, including release planning, internal training, customer communication/training,website copy, and help content
  • Ability to span both strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling product messaging and positioning
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials, such as presentations and case studies
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems and build new processes
  • Passion for innovative technology and the ability to stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Panel Interview - a 45-minute call with Sam (Head of Demand Gen) and Kim (Jr. PMM) to dig deeper into your background and specific Product Marketing work that you've done
  • Final Interview - you'll have the chance to meet with Braden (https://www.linkedin.com/in/braden-ream/) (CEO) to learn more about the future of Voiceflow.
  • Offer — this is the part where we all celebrate!

Logistics

  • Location — we are located in Toronto and operate on a Hybrid model where our team comes into the office 1-2 days per week.
  • Timeline — we are aiming to have our process completed and an offer made by the early June 2023.
