Job Description

Loop Marketing is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager(s) in managing ongoing projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in the development and management of project plans, including project charters, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate Digital Adoption Plans
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, and communicate these to the Project Manager.
• Assist in managing client relationships and coordinating with project stakeholders, including web developers, marketing coordinators, and subcontractors.
• Help to write scope of work documents and other project documentation as needed.
• Assist in the development of implementation timelines and roadmaps, and monitor project performance against these targets.
• Help to facilitate required project meetings and communications, and keep project stakeholders informed of progress and changes.
• Assist in coding job costs and preparing monthly financial reports on project status.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager in a marketing or technical field.
• Good knowledge of Gsuite & Office 365
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality results and meeting project objectives.
• Experience with implementing Digital Adoption Plans

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Project management: 2 years (preferred)
