The client is a Vancouver-based breakthrough energy technology company developing a novel methane pyrolysis platform for low-cost, clean hydrogen production. Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to help with delivery of the client’s Hydrogen Production Facilities to our client base. In this role you will work closely with the Manager of Field Deployments, to project manage engineering, procurement and construction activities. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a team that will be responsible for decarbonizing process plants throughout the world.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the budget and deliverables progress of engineering contractors
• Develop schedules and plans for hydrogen production facilities of various sizes from design definition phase to operation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and procurement teams to identify and manage critical path items.
• Work with the finance team to predict and manage cash flow
• Coordinate with the business development team for contributions to proposals and funding reports
• Report to stakeholders on progress and budgets including variances
• Review deliverables from external service providers
• Assist with regulatory applications and submissions
• Other relevant duties as required

You Bring:

• A background in capital project execution in the industrial sector
• Formal certification as a project management professional
• Experience with industry tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• Knowledge of staged project execution processes
• Experience with regulatory applications considered an asset
• Experience with international projects considered an asset
