Areas of Responsibility:
Testing various applications in development by TapClicks, both manually and via automated tests.

KPI for this Role:
  • Bug Reporting – Escaped defeats
  • Bug Reporting - Escaped defects, High Priority Tickets raised, % of valid reports
  • Test Velocity - % of test completion, test case updates, new test cases created
  • Responsiveness - Following up on ticket queries, coverage requests, raising potential issues
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback on upcoming features and UX on in-development products
  • Write, update, and maintain QA documentation and test suites
  • Reporting on testing progress, product readiness, and post-mortems
  • Implement or recommend automated test cases when relevant
  • Proactive collaboration with other departments including Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success
Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with QA processes and tools, including Agile, JIRA, TestRail, etc.
  • Experience or familiarity with QA automation, such as Jenkins, Selinium, or Cypress
  • At least 2 years of QA experience
Non Technical Competencies

  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Effective communication with local and remote teams
  • Ability to take feedback and a continuous improvement mindset
Other Optional Requirements:
  • Strong writing skills (English)
  • Background in marketing or marketing software
  • Familiarity with HTML, web software, or other enterprise software
