Job Description
Areas of Responsibility:
Testing various applications in development by TapClicks, both manually and via automated tests.
KPI for this Role:
- Bug Reporting – Escaped defeats
- Bug Reporting - Escaped defects, High Priority Tickets raised, % of valid reports
- Test Velocity - % of test completion, test case updates, new test cases created
- Responsiveness - Following up on ticket queries, coverage requests, raising potential issues
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback on upcoming features and UX on in-development products
- Write, update, and maintain QA documentation and test suites
- Reporting on testing progress, product readiness, and post-mortems
- Implement or recommend automated test cases when relevant
- Proactive collaboration with other departments including Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success
Technical Competencies
- Familiarity with QA processes and tools, including Agile, JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Experience or familiarity with QA automation, such as Jenkins, Selinium, or Cypress
- At least 2 years of QA experience

- Ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Strong multitasking skills
- Effective communication with local and remote teams
- Ability to take feedback and a continuous improvement mindset
Other Optional Requirements:
- Strong writing skills (English)
- Background in marketing or marketing software
- Familiarity with HTML, web software, or other enterprise software
