QA Lead (Reporting Focused):
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the quality of the deliverables.
- Must have exp. in creating Power BI reporting and Dashboards for QA.
- Experience with contact center domain and have experience with HP ALM.
- Act as a subject matter expert for VDI testing and has Citrix knowledge.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards, and methodologies.
- Work closely with other teams to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce and present progress reports such as Project status reports, Risk assessment reports, requirement traceability matrix, test reports etc. to management on a regular basis.
- Manage the resources and budget allocated to the QA team.
- Participate in the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
