About the Role

You must be available to work all retail hours (including evenings and weekends). Must have previous Retail/Customer Service experience. Must dress to impress. Full Time positions only. Opportunities for advancement. Salary plus generous commission base.

Responsibilities:

• Be Fashion forward
• Energetic and provide outstanding client service
• Receive calls, answer customer inquiries, set appointments
• Excellent phone manner and abilities to deal with health professionals and patients
• Data Entry
• Maintain the store to ensure a clean comfortable environment
• Assisting customers with frame and lens selection
• Responsible for promoting merchandise, products, services to customers
• Identify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectation at all time.
• Provide exceptional service and care to exceed patient experience

Salary: From $33,280.00 per year
